Qualifikationen

• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.

• Initiate, develop, and revise the plan of care with the physician and healthcare team.
• Supervise home health aides and licensed nurses; provide instruction and assign tasks per regulations.
• Provide high-quality clinical services and complete comprehensive assessments (OASIS) accurately.
• Document patient visits per policy and payer requirements; coordinate care with physicians and families.
