Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), and Discharge visits.
• Provide skilled nursing services including medication management and wound care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
