Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, develop individualized care plans and educate families. You will practice at the top of your license with autonomy and meaningful 1:1 patient relationships, building career growth in a nurse-led, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience.
• Recent home health experience or 3+ years in Medical-Surgical, ICU, ED or Rehabilitation.
• Maryland RN license in good standing.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Strong computer/technology skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
• Recent home care experience or at least three years of acute care experience in one or more of the following areas: Medical‑Surgical ICU Emergency Department Rehabilitation
• Must have RN License within the State of Maryland RN License
• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
