Job summary

Trinity Health At Home’s Holy Cross Home Care and Hospice in Maryland is seeking a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, build individualized care plans, administer medications and educate families for recovery and independence.

The role offers autonomy with meaningful 1:1 patient relationships, opportunities to grow clinically or into leadership, and a fast, respectful hiring process.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
• Recent home care experience or at least three years of acute care experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, Emergency Department or Rehabilitation.
• Must have RN License within the State of Maryland.
• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program; BSN preferred.
• Strong computer and technology skills; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes and create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families to support recovery.
• Support independence and maintain 1:1 patient relationships with clinicians.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.

• Recent home care experience or at least three years of acute care experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Medical-Surgical

  • ICU

  • Emergency Department

  • Rehabilitation

• Must have RN License within the State of Maryland RN License

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.

• Strong computer and technology skills required.

• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
