Job summary

IntelliResume is seeking a Weekend Coordinator responsible for supervising patient care activities during weekends and after hours. The role includes managing nursing visits and ensuring quality care in accordance with Agency objectives.

Candidates must have a BS in Nursing, a current Connecticut R.N. license, and three years of full-time clinical nursing experience, including two years in home health. The position requires excellent communication skills and physical capability to assist patients.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time clinical nursing experience.
• Two years in home health as a community health nurse.
• Registered Nurse with a valid Connecticut license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Agency's service programs and patient care activities.
• Coordinates patient care after hours and on weekends.
• Documents pertinent patient information in the EMR.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication

Knowledge of home care practices

Education

BS in Nursing

MSN, MS in Healthcare Management, or Public Health desirable
