SYNERGY HomeCare Of Palm Bay is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for weekend shifts in Palm Bay, Florida. You will provide in-home care and assist clients with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Current Florida certification as a CHHA or CNA.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in clients' homes, assisting with daily living activities, wound care, and mobility support.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for care coordination and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of client care, progress notes and treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulations.
