SYNERGY HomeCare Of Palm Bay is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home care in Satellite Beach, Florida. You will work with clients and their families to deliver daily living assistance, medication support, and mobility aid while maintaining professional standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork with healthcare professionals, maintaining detailed client records, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed with assistance as required.
• Level 2 background screening required by Florida Care Provider program.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to clients in their homes, including daily living assistance, medication management, and mobility aide.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to identify and address client needs, ensuring timely interventions.
