Qualifications

• Active HHA certificate or CNA license in Florida.
• Prior caregiving or in-home care experience preferred.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Background check including Level 2 screening through Florida Care Provider Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, meal prep).
• Maintain accurate care logs and communicate with family or staff.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
