Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Of Palm Bay in Satellite Beach, Florida seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) for weekend shifts. You will provide in-home care, assist with daily activities, monitor well-being, and document changes for our clients.

You must hold CNA or HHA certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work flexible schedules including weekends. A Florida Level 2 background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed, with assistance as required.
• Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility aide.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to identify and address client needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Perform routine assessments and document client data accurately and thoroughly.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
