Qualifications

• Current Florida certification as a CHHA or CNA.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in clients' homes, assisting with daily living activities, wound care, and mobility support.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for care coordination and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of client care, progress notes and treatment plans.
