Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking a compassionate care worker in the Bellingham area to support seniors at home. You will perform in-home care tasks per the individualized plan, including ADLs, mobility support, and companionship.

Applicants must hold a CNA/HCA/HHA or NAR credential with six months of related experience and a valid WA driver’s license. Mileage is reimbursed and confidentiality and HIPAA practices apply.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/HCA/HHA or NAR credential and at least six months of related experience.
• Washington State CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credentials in good standing or ability to obtain required certification.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license with reliable transportation and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plans with supervision to provide ADL support and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, grooming, dressing, meal prep, and mobility.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands; mileage is reimbursed.
• Maintain timely, accurate client records and report changes to care management.
• Ensure a safe, clean home environment and adhere to privacy regulations.

Skills

Clear communication (phone/email/text)

Safe driving with mileage reimburse.

Caregiving experience preferred
