Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking a caregiver in the Bellingham area to support clients in their home. The role requires driving clients to appointments, adherence to care plans, and compassionate, client-centered service. Mileage reimbursement is provided and training opportunities may be available.

Eligible candidates include CNAs or HCAs, or those who have completed 70 hours of basic training with a pending HCA. Experience with caregiving and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/HCA credential or completion of 70 hours of Basic Training with pending HCA.
• Nurse Delegation certification is a plus.
• Experience with caregiving and ability to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s individualized care plan as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transportation.
• Maintain client records and report changes to care management.
• Provide companionship and maintain client safety and comfort.

Skills

Licensed CNA/HCA

Reliable with vulnerable clients

Good communication

Willing to drive clients

Family caregiving experience

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA)

Nurse Delegation certification is a plus
