Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC is hiring a Home Care Aide to deliver compassionate non-medical assistance to seniors and disabled clients in Del Mar, San Diego North County. You will focus on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to maintain clients' comfort at home.

Typical duties include help with ADLs, transportation for appointments, and dementia-related care. We offer flexible shifts (including 12-hour options), weekly pay, and benefits; training and 24/7 support are provided.

Qualifications

• Caregiver for the elderly and disabled, providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation.
• Requirements include strong organizational and communication skills; access to a cell phone with internet.
• Certifications that are preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, personal care, and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments.
• Deliver dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, hospice care as needed.
• Offer hourly and 24/7 care.
• Light housekeeping and organizational tasks.
