Job summary

Cheer Home Care is hiring a Home Care Aide in San Diego North County. Earn $20–$23 per hour for compassionate non-medical at-home care, including companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services.

Shift options include PM, 8-hour days, with opportunities for full-time or part-time work. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility support, and dementia care, plus light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential for coordinating care.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and dementia care.
• Certifications preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and dementia care.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments.
• Offer companionship and non-medical care to elderly/disabled clients.
• Flexible scheduling and 24/7/Hourly care as needed.
• Light housekeeping and client support at home.
