Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC is hiring a Home Care Aide to provide compassionate non-medical home care to seniors and disabled adults in San Diego North County. The role centers on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and reliable transportation.

You will assist with ADLs, offer mobility support, and help with dementia-related care while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment. Flexible schedule and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical home care to the elderly or disabled.
• Smartphone with internet access required.
• Certifications such as CNA/HHA/CPR/First Aid/AED are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and non-medical home care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Offer transportation to medical appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and homemaking as needed.
• Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, hospice care as required.

Actively Hiring Home Care Aide

Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour

Shift: PM Shifts, 8 Hours

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. On a typical day, your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more!
• Hourly and 24/7 Care.
• Light housekeeping and organization.

• Assisting with activities of daily living and dementia care
• Able to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support (up to 100–150 lbs)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Certifications preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Reliable transportation to drive client in their vehicle (mileage reimbursement included)
• Must have a smartphone with internet access

Cheer Offers:
