Qualifications

• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Provides companionship and transportation support to clients.
• Able to navigate client homes and manage basic home tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, toileting, hygiene, and light meal prep.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and outings.
• Offer dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and hospice care support.
• Deliver hourly care and light housekeeping as needed.
