Responsibilities

• Prepares the dining room for operations and service.
• Executes the set-up of dining spaces and maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment.
• Vacuums dining spaces to maintain cleanliness; irons table cloths.
• Sets tables according to prescribed standards; crumbs chairs; maintains space look.
• Maintains cleanliness of common spaces and supports deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Moves tables and chairs to achieve required configurations; works with team to ensure space looks correct.
