Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Prepares the dining room for operations and service • Executes the set-up of dining spaces and maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment • Vacuums dining spaces to ensure continued cleanliness • Irons table cloths • Sets table according to prescribes standards • Crumbs chairs • Maintains cleanliness of common spaces • Performs routine deep-cleaning tasks as assigned by management • Moves table and chairs to achieve necessary table configurations • Maintains “the look” of the space Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position. Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.
