This role supports daily room cleaning, timely turnovers, and infection prevention, upholding quality standards and patient experience. You will work dayshift, mostly Saturdays and Sundays with some weekday coverage; responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, disinfecting areas, operating cleaning equipment, and adhering to safety and privacy

Aufgaben

• Responds to inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Cleans and disinfects patient rooms and areas.
• Accesses and uses Bed Management systems and other department tech.
• Replenishes supplies and handles bio-medical waste and soiled linen.
• Performs daily patient room and bathroom cleaning to support discharges/admissions.
• Follows infection prevention practices and PPE procedures.
• Operates UV disinfection machine as needed.
• Supports departmental performance improvements and customer experience metrics.
