Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Orlando is seeking an Environmental Services Technician (EVS) to ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in patient rooms, offices, and other areas, ensuring sanitation and order throughout the hospital.

Applicants must have previous housekeeping experience, and a high school diploma is preferred. The hospital offers a full-time schedule and is committed to excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeping experience required.
• Previous hospital EVS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in assigned areas.
• Ensure sanitation, order, and appearance of the hospital.
• Perform light manual work according to established schedules.
• Use special cleaning solutions and disinfectants to clean assigned areas.
• Dust surfaces and empty waste containers.
• Replenish supplies of soap, towels, and other dispensable items.
