Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Orlando Central is seeking an Environmental Services Technician (EVS)/Housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment across patient rooms, lounges, and hallways. The role supports hospital sanitation, order, and overall appearance in a busy clinical setting.

Experience in housekeeping is required, with preferred background in hospital EVS. The position is full-time and based at the Orlando Central campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Previous Housekeeping experience required.
• Preferred: High School degree or equivalent.
• Preferred: Previous hospital EVS experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in assigned areas, including patient rooms, offices, and hallways.
• Ensure sanitation, order, and appearance of the hospital."
• Perform light manual housekeeping tasks according to schedules and procedures.
• Clean assigned areas using cleaning solutions and disinfectants to prevent spread of disease.
• Dust furniture, window sills, blinds, and floors; empty trash; arrange furniture.
• Make beds with clean linen and replenish supplies.
