Job summary

AdventHealth is hiring for a full-time environmental services role in Florida. The position involves cleaning patient and public areas, stocking supplies, and following infection control protocols.

You will use a Bed Management system and handheld devices to support bed throughput, with a night-weekend schedule in the United States. The role requires English proficiency, basic computer skills, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School grad or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: environmental services in healthcare preferred.
• Requires English communication.
• Basic arithmetic and reading safety datasheets.
• Must follow oral and written assignments.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned patient and public areas daily, including trash removal and sanitizing surfaces.
• Stocks paper items, cleaning solutions, and supplies as needed.
• Demonstrates knowledge of infection control, isolation procedures, and equipment operation.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Uses Bed Management system to track bed throughput with handheld tech.
