Qualifications

• Active RN, LVN, or LPN license in good standing is essential.
• Minimum 2+ years of related healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Support health services operations with admin and clinical tasks.
• Perform nursing functions including treatments and meds delivery.
• Coordinate prescriptions with doctors and pharmacies.
• Monitor residents, record vital signs, and escalate changes.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
