City of Plymouth Community Center is seeking a part-time program facilitator to manage and direct open gym activities. The role emphasizes weekend and evening shifts with responsibilities including set-up, supervision, and equipment maintenance.

• Must be confident enforcing rules with participants.

Responsibilities

• Set up the gym for program use; take down equipment at the end of the evening.
• Monitor play in the gym and flex the space as needed.
• Facilitate wait lists for play as needed.
• Facilitate full court to half court play as the crowd size dictates as needed.
• Ensure all participants have paid and are displaying a wrist band.
• Maintain sports equipment as needed.
