Job summary

Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) is seeking a part-time Gym Attendant for weekend shifts to greet members, direct customers, check-in, answer calls, and process simple memberships at the Front Desk. You will maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with basic gym operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or current HS senior status, customer service experience, and First Aid/ CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior working toward high school graduation.
• One year receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests entering the facility.
• Directs members to the proper department or check-in at Front Desk.
• Handles membership duties and processes forms, payments, changes, and cancellations.
• Processes point of sale transactions.
• Answer phones and page as needed.
• Responds to member questions and refers to staff when necessary.
• Promotes facility promotions and maintains customer service standards.
• Replaces supplies in bathrooms and locker rooms; folds towels and does laundry.
