Job summary

Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) seeks a part-time Gym Attendant to welcome members, direct them to the proper areas, and ensure a smooth flow at the front desk. You will check members in and out, answer phones, process POS transactions, fold towels, and monitor equipment on weekends.

The role requires a high school diploma or current enrollment, plus First Aid/ CPR certification within 90 days. Strong customer service and professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or currently enrolled as a junior/senior.
• First Aid/ CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills required.
• Ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests; direct them to the proper area.
• Check-in/out members at the Front Desk and assist with questions.
• Handle phone calls and basic membership duties; process transactions at POS.
• Fold towels, do laundry, monitor gym equipment and participate in hourly cleanings.
• Maintain professional behavior; refrain from non-work activities in public areas.
