The Guest Services team provides a welcoming guest experience from admission to discharge, engaging with patients, residents, families, and staff to ease transitions. The role includes leading the Ambassador Rounds, ensuring rooms are ready for admission, educating about services, and serving as primary contact for needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission
• Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition
• Understand role of staff members and their functions in order to properly address needs
• Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
• Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks.
• Support admissions and activities departments with tours, paperwork, and engagement
