Caring Heart Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Part Time Guest Services team member to deliver a welcoming guest experience from admission to discharge. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and seamless coordination with patients, families and staff.

The successful candidate will lead Ambassador Rounds, assist with admissions, and act as a liaison across departments while handling administrative tasks with professionalism.

• Professional, personable and friendly demeanor in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to multitask and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with basic computer and office software for admissions tasks.

Mansioni

• Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission.
• Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition.
• Understand roles of staff to address needs effectively.
• Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
• Support admissions and activities with tours, paperwork, and engagement.
• Uniform is provided and position reports to Admissions Director.
