Qualifications

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, verify resort or non-resort status, collect payment when applicable, ensure waivers are signed, and distribute wristbands.
• Track and maintain accurate daily attendance records.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Complete daily setup and teardown of activities; lift up to 20 lbs.
• Provide food and beverage counter service and restock products.
• Assist guests with directions and resort information.
• Maintain an active presence throughout the venue during shifts.
• Coordinate shuttle service information for resort guests.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate on-site talent and activity partners for ticketed experiences.
• Monitor the restroom trailer daily for cleanliness; weekly housekeeping handles major cleaning.
• Be available to work most weekends; hours: Fri 3-6, Sat 10-5, Sun 10-4.
