Job summary

PLK Communities is seeking a Season Groundskeeper to assist the lead maintenance technician in maintaining the grounds and amenity areas across our community. This weekend-only role focuses on safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, keep common areas clean, and help with minor repairs while ensuring residents' property is respected. Weekend schedule and on-site work at the community are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to residents, visitors and employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and amenity areas and address unsafe conditions.
• Complete service requests promptly to help ensure resident retention.
• Respond to emergencies and notify management when necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as part of day-to-day tasks.
