Job summary

Casper's is seeking a Weekend Graveyard Production Supervisor to lead a night shift crew on Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, in our Richmond, Utah facility. You work 36 hours but are paid for 40, with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Responsibilities focus on supervising production, ensuring GMP compliance, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams. Requires prior manufacturing supervision and familiarity with GMP/SQF/HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• GMP, SQF, HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense knowledge or training.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics BC.
