Job summary

Casper's Ice Cream is seeking a Graveyard Production Supervisor to lead our overnight manufacturing team. This night-shift role oversees floor operations, enforces GMP and food safety standards, and helps sustain safety, quality and efficiency in a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience, basic mechanical aptitude, forklift certification, ERP experience, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing floor with varying noise levels and moving equipment.
• Exposure to electromagnetic fields generated by production equipment.
• Exposure to food allergens, including peanuts and tree nuts.
• Temperatures range from 80°F and humid to -20°F depending on location.

• Monday - Thursday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Working knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues
• Comfortable with weights, measures, and inventory math
• Able to get certified on a powered hand truck and Class I forklift
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP is a
• Able to stand, walk, climb, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 55 lbs. for a full

shift
