Springside in Pittsfield, MA, is seeking a friendly Weekend Front Desk Receptionist to greet visitors, staff, and new admissions. This Saturday-Sunday shift (10am-6pm) offers an opportunity to support a compassionate care team at a top-rated, recently renovated facility.

You will answer calls, screen visitors per DPH guidelines, assist with testing of visitors, and help with clerical tasks to keep operations smooth and residents well cared for.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Weekend availability for Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct callers to the appropriate phone lines.
• Screen visitor, staff and vendors per DPH guidelines.
• Assist with necessary testing of visitors.
• Greet new admissions, direct families and visitors to resident rooms.
• Assist department heads with clerical tasks such as tracking documentation, copying, faxing.
