Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 9 AM - 5 PM with additional shifts as needed. Wage: $19.75 - $21.00 based on experience. Benefits include 401k with employer match and commuter reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Greets residents, families and guests with a courteous, helpful attitude.
• Maintains an organized reception area and logs parcels and deliveries.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word; capable of learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests and vendors in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer inquiries, perform clerical tasks and coordinate deliveries/logs.
• Initiate and oversee Ride Share transportation requests for residents.
