Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer at the West Palm Beach site. You will greet visitors, monitor access, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Monitor visitor access at the front desk, greet guests, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and direct individuals per site procedures.
Maintain accurate visitor logs, receive deliveries, and communicate relevant information to site personnel.
Monitor access points and report unusual activity or violations to site leadership or Allied Universal management.
