Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, seeks an Armed Part Time Screener in West Palm Beach, FL. You will serve clients, screen individuals and belongings, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while maintaining a professional customer service presence.

This role offers part-time hours on Saturdays and Sundays, with a daytime shift, and eligibility for Allied Universal's training and career growth programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Preferred: ability to lift more than 20 pounds; customer service experience; state/local security license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public while conducting site-specific screening procedures at a government location.
• Screen individuals and belongings using screening equipment and procedures, identify prohibited items and report concerns.
• Verify access credentials, direct visitors, and maintain orderly entry points per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies calmly and follow procedures and communicate observations promptly.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry areas, grounds, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
