Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Be able to ride a bike for long periods of time preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor front desk visitor access; greet guests and verify credentials.
• Log visitors, receive deliveries, and relay information to site personnel.
• Monitor entrances and report unusual activity or policy violations.
