Responsibilities

• Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel.
• Greet and welcome on site visitors
• Assist residents, staff and/or visitors that are acting in a manner that threatens the safety of the resident or any other person.
• Immediately respond to alarms or requests for emergency assistance from staff.
• Be alert at all times for any unsafe conditions that could put the residents, staff and/or visitors at risk.
