The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, with strong phone etiquette and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills required.
• Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office or similar programs.

Responsabilités

• Answer and direct incoming calls.
