Johns Island Post Acute is a 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility committed to compassionate care in Johns Island, SC. We’re looking for a Weekend Receptionist to greet residents and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.

In this role you’ll handle front desk operations, answer calls, coordinate mail and appointments, and support department managers. No clinical duties; training is provided in a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
• Basic computer and office skills required.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls and manage front desk operations.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
• Handle mail and office communications and coordinate appointments.
• Support department managers as needed.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
