Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferably one-year long-term care experience.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activity Director in creating and leading programs.
• Plan and conduct activities for residents.
• Encourage participation in crafts, games, music, reading, hobbies, and events.
• Assist with resident outings and transportation as needed.
• Develop monthly activity calendars and maintain attendance records.
• Provide one-on-one and in-room activities for bed-bound residents.
• Support documentation and care plans as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming Activity Department.
