Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a weekend receptionist to join our front desk team. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and provide basic administrative support to ensure smooth communication across the facility.

The role is part-time and requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday). Prior receptionist or healthcare customer service experience is preferred, with a professional and friendly demeanor essential for representing the facility.

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist or customer service experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be available Saturday & Sunday.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Maintain visitor logs and follow facility check-in protocols.
• Provide basic administrative support (filing, data entry, scanning).
• Assist with distributing mail and messages.
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk environment.
• Uphold confidentiality and facility policies at all times.
