Job summary

John Scott House Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a friendly Weekend Receptionist to join our team in Braintree, Massachusetts. The role runs on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM as part of a weekend coverage schedule.

You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance. You will manage phone calls, mail, and data entry while upholding high standards of customer service and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and screen all visitors, vendors, staff, and family members on the weekend shift (1p-6p).
• Answer all phone calls, receive mail, and complete data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills.
• Support the administrative team in maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area.
