FellowshipLIFE in Lakewood, New Jersey, seeks a warm, professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members at Harrogate Village. This part-time role runs every other weekend (1st & 3rd) from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, supporting day-to-day front desk operations with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment,

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work the 1st and 3rd weekend of each month, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Mansioni

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and team members warmly and professionally.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls; take messages.
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
• Monitor security and resident-alert systems; respond to alarms as needed.
• Provide courteous, efficient assistance to residents and guests; collaborate with other departments.
