Position: Front Desk Attendant

We are actively seeking a Front Desk Attendant for our Main Line location in Wynnewood, PA 19096. The role is scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 3 pm.

Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for residents, tenants, and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, emergency responsiveness, and a flexible schedule to cover shifts when necessary are essential.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, tenants, and guests warmly, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Manage phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Coordinate package deliveries and service requests efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support management.
  • Respond to emergency situations promptly.
