We are actively seeking a Front Desk Attendant for our Main Line location!

Where? Wynnewood, PA 19096

When? Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for residents, tenants, and visitors. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The perfect candidate must possess good communication skills, be able to react in an emergency, and have a flexible schedule with the ability and willingness to work coverage shifts when necessary.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greet residents, tenants, and guests warmly, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed
  • Manage phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Coordinate package deliveries and service requests efficiently
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to management
  • Respond to emergency situations

Qualifications Required:

  • Weekend availability
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with composure and efficiency
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Prior concierge, hospitality, or front desk experience is a plus
