Agemark Senior Living is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate for CountryHouse Residence in Omaha, NE. This part-time weekend role greets residents, families, and visitors, answers phones, handles scheduling and clerical tasks, and provides tours when needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable with basic computer systems. Weekend shifts from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM are required, with opportunities for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, dependable and welcoming.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and completing office tasks.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun 2:30 PM–7:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist with basic clerical duties, filing, scheduling, and data entry.
• Provide property tours to potential residents and families as needed.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and welcoming.
• Support residents, families, and team members with day-to-day needs.
