Job summary

Agemark Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver for the Day Shift at CountryHouse Residence in Kearney, NE. You’ll support residents with daily activities and help them maintain independence with warmth and respect.

You'll join a Great Place to Work community that provides hands-on training, flexible scheduling (6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2 days/week, alternating weekends/holidays), and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Dependable, compassionate and patient.
• Good communication and teamwork; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes in condition.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Encourage resident engagement, connection, and independence.
• Provide care with compassion, patience, dignity, and respect.
