Job summary

Stanleytown Health & Rehabilitation Center in Bassett, VA is seeking a Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, manage mail, and maintain security. You will update calendars and support daily operations in a busy skilled rehabilitation facility.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in similar roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a professional appearance, and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
