Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Weekend Coverage Specialist to join our Austin team. This Thursday through Sunday role runs from 7 AM to 5 PM, focusing on finding carriers across the nation to transport our customers’ shipments and to secure cost-effective capacity for Arrive’s freight.

You will engage in high-volume outbound calls, take inbound carrier inquiries, and coordinate with the sales team to keep customers updated on shipments.

Qualifications

• High-volume, outbound calling experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hit the floor and locate carriers across the nation for Arrive shipments.
• Negotiate and secure capacity with carriers meeting requirements.
• Handle inbound calls from carriers and update internal teams.
• Serve as the point of contact for tracking updates and problem solving during transit.
